We aware that if we want to stay healthy and to make our body fight against and prevent many different diseases, we should keep it in alkaline condition. But, as we all know, many factors can influence that and can make it more acidic, or even highly acidic. Environmental factors, processed foods, all types of chemicals, stress and other factors can cause that!
So, if we don’t balance the acidic levels in our body on time, it may influence the healthy cells and make them toxic as well. In time, these toxic cells will turn into cancerous cells.
The value on the pH scale goes from 0 (the most acidic) to 14 (the most alkaline). So, we can say that 7 is neutral, and the human body is built to thrive in a slightly alkaline environment of 7.4. (Blood pH is 7.34 – 7.45)
But, this is not the same for all organs. Somebody organs function at different pH levels. For example, the pH of the digestive tract can vary a lot, from 1.5-7.0, and it is influenced by many factors, but mostly from the food we eat. But, Dr. Otto Warburg found that 90 – 95% of all types of cancer appear as a result of an acidic environment in the human body. And he also found that cancer cells can’t survive and they die in an alkaline environment. And as we said before, the pH value of alkaline environment is around 7.34 – 7.45.
This famous doctor found almost a century ago that there is a connection not only between acidosis (over acidity) and the formation and growth of cancer, but there was a connection with almost every chronic disease nowadays, such as: heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis.

Because when your pH level drops, your body’s mechanisms are trying to regulate themselves in a natural way – to create homeostasis. But, these acidic compounds will start to “attack” the healthy cells and causing them to be toxic, damaged and sick.

I strongly agree to that, the main cause of chronic acidosis is the “modern diet”. This diet is rich in unhealthy foods, such as: processed sugar, caffeine, highly processed food and alcohol. We can also mention that these foods are grown by using many different additives, pesticides and growth hormones, which are extremely toxic and acidic. So, it’s completely understandable that you need to make many changes in your diet in order to maintain and keep your health.
That is why it is extremely important to constantly keep our body at slightly alkaline pH. And one of the easiest ways is by drinking, because the human body is 70% water! Homemade Alkaline water – Recipe
~ 1 tbs. of Himalayan salt
~ 1 organic lemon
~ 2 liters of purified water (it’s recommended to have an osmosis filter)
~ 1 big glass jar (plastic jar has chemicals and impurities that are acidic to the human body)
First, you need to pour the water in the glass jar. Then, cut the lemon 1 slices and add it inside the water. At last, add the Himalayan salt. Now, close the glass jar and leave it on room temperature for 12 – 24 hours.
